1. Overview

These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Clawteca ("we", "us", "our"), accessible at clawteca.com. By purchasing any product, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products and Pricing

• •Individual Packs — one-time purchase at $49 per pack. Includes all agent files, personality configs, skills and deployment guide.
• •All Packs Subscription — $129nth. Access to all current and future packs, plus resell rights (see Section 4).

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right of withdrawal for digital content.

4. License and Usage Rights

• •Personal/Business Use — you may use purchased packs in your own business or for your own clients.
• •Resell Rights — only available with an active All Packs Subscription ($129nth). You may deploy agents for clients as a service. Resell rights are revoked if your subscription ends.
• •No Redistribution — you may not redistribute, share, resell or publish the raw files (personality configs, skill files, deployment guides) in any form. This includes uploading to public repositories, marketplaces or file-sharing platforms.
• •Modifications — you are free to modify and adapt the files for your own use. Modified versions remain subject to these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Our products are provided "as is". Clawteca is not responsible for:

• •How AI agents perform in your specific business context.
• •Revenue, leads or outcomes generated (or not generated) by deployed agents.
• •Third-party platform changes (WhatsApp, OpenAI, etc.) that may affect agent functionality.
• •Any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our products.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, pack structures, agent architectures and documentation are the intellectual property of Clawteca. Your purchase grants you a license to use the files, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Subscription Terms

• •The All Packs Subscription renews monthly at $129nth until cancelled.
• •You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• •Upon cancellation, resell rights are revoked. You retain personal/business use rights for packs downloaded during your subscription.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
